Eva Englund, glass bowl, art glass, 'Malachite', Målerås
Eva Englund, (1937-1998) was a Swedish designer and artist. She worked at Pukebergs glasfactory 1964–1973 and Orrefors glasfactory 1974–1990, among others. She created, among other things, grail glasses, vases and bowls, often with faces and figures as motifs. Englund is represented at the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm and Kalmar Art Museum.
The 'Malachite' bowl were both produced in Målerås and the Pukeberg glasfactory in the beginning of 1970's and is a design classic, due to color and shape.
